eau de parfum
The story of Cosimo III de'Medici and the beloved "Stufa dei Mugherini" began with one fateful encounter. In 1688, a jasmine of a rare strain from Goa had enthralled the Granduca, more reminiscent of a rose than any standard jasmine. As a result, Cosimo III had a special greenhouse built to house the variety, forbidding its cultivation elsewhere in the realm. His most reliable botanists maintained the blooms in the revered "Stufa dei Mugherini", a warm greenhouse erected in Villa Medicea di Castello, which continues to capture the hearts of many to this day.
